Billy boy (gates) is running a special Eugenics program in Africa - and India (apparently, India kicked him out!). Of course he doesn't want them to have any kind of communication that would expose his nefarious actions in those countries, to people in other countries. I'm sure that within the past couple of decades, he has destroyed millions of lives in those two countries alone.

Get and stay as healthy as you can. Do Not (if possible) become dependent on this demonic allopathic medical system.
I recently (read: finally) left a woke employer. The corporate world has gone stark-raving mad. Many other employees would like to leave, but feel "dependent" on the employer-supplied health-scare-system. Being healthy gives one freedom to take risks most will never take. (Family care concerns multiply this issue considerably).
One big enemy to shoot down is stress. Nip it in the bud. Learn to recognize stress as it happens. Learn methods to neutralize it. If someone is delivering it to you, stop the stress by any inventive means possible. Work on the skill of stress reduction. Ask for what you need. Go for a walk. Seek out calming music. A heart attack taught me this.
